Assistant Recreation Manager – Hilton Resort

About the role

Join the Hilton Hotels team as an Assistant Recreation Manager and help create memorable experiences for guests. You will support daily recreation operations across fitness, spa, pools and other facilities, ensuring the highest standards of hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Recreation Manager in overseeing the Fitness Centre, Spa, pools and other recreational areas to ensure smooth, efficient daily operations.
• Assist with recruitment, training, scheduling, coaching and performance management of the recreation team.
• Develop and deliver engaging fitness and recreational programmes that drive guest loyalty and repeat business.
• Help achieve membership sales, revenue targets, promotions and cost‑control initiatives to maximise departmental profitability.
• Maintain equipment, supplies and inventory to meet quality, cleanliness, safety and operational standards.
• Ensure compliance with Hilton brand standards, health and safety, hygiene, emergency and security procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of related experience, including at least 3 years in recreation, spa, fitness or health‑club operations.
• Strong knowledge of recreation, health‑club and spa operations, including fitness services, spa treatments and related retail products.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and ability to train, lead, coach and develop team members while maintaining high performance standards.
