Assistant Recreation Manager – Resort & Spa

About the role

As an Assistant Recreation Manager you will support daily operations of the fitness centre, spa, pools and other recreational facilities, ensuring memorable experiences for guests at DoubleTree by Hilton Resort & Spa Marjan Island.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Recreation Manager in overseeing fitness, spa, pool and other recreational areas to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Assist with recruitment, training, scheduling and performance management of the recreation team.
• Develop and deliver engaging fitness and recreational programmes to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
• Help drive membership sales, revenue targets and cost‑control initiatives to maximise profitability.
• Maintain equipment, supplies and inventory to meet quality, safety and cleanliness standards.
• Ensure compliance with Hilton brand standards, health, safety and security procedures.

Required profile

• Passion for delivering exceptional hospitality experiences.
• Integrity, leadership, teamwork and ownership mindset.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience, including at least 3 years in recreation, spa or fitness operations.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of recreation, health club and spa operations.
