About the role

Assistant Relationship Managers support the Relationship Team by preparing detailed credit proposals and maintaining strong account relationships. The role involves in‑depth analysis of financial statements, coordination with managers, and ensuring compliance with the bank’s credit policies.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and present detailed credit proposals, focusing on risk analysis, mitigants, and financial highlights.
• Analyze customers’ financial statements and discuss requirements, line structures, and terms with Relationship Managers.
• Coordinate with Relationship Managers to gather all necessary information for credit processing.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of the bank’s credit policies, products, and services.
• Respond to customer calls and provide clarifications to the Credit Manager as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in credit analysis or relationship management.
• Strong understanding of credit policies, legal aspects, and financial products.
• Excellent communication, analytical abilities, and team‑player attitude.
• MBA or CA qualification preferred.
