Assistant Relationship Manager – TWC (Partially Secured)

About the role

Assistant Relationship Manager will support the Relationship Team in preparing detailed credit proposals and maintaining client accounts. The role involves analysing financial statements, coordinating with managers, and ensuring compliance with the bank’s credit policies.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed credit proposals and conduct risk analysis.
• Assist the Relationship Team in maintaining account relationships and resolving issues.
• Analyse financial statements and perform spreading.
• Discuss customer requirements and terms with Relationship/Account Managers.
• Coordinate with managers to gather necessary information for credit proposals.
• Prepare credit presentations that meet high quality standards.
• Maintain knowledge of the bank’s credit policies, products, and services.
• Establish relationships with Credit Managers and address queries.
• Attend customer calls as required.

Required profile

• Thorough knowledge of the bank’s credit policy and operating systems.
• Strong credit and legal knowledge, with mandatory marketing skills.
• Awareness of various financial products and services.
• Excellent communication and analytical abilities, with a team‑player attitude.
• Proficiency in PC usage.
• MBA or CA qualification preferred.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience.
