Assistant Reservations Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic, guest‑focused professional to join our team at Al Maha Arjaan by Rotana Abu Dhabi as an Assistant Reservations Manager. You will act as the primary point of contact for all reservation‑related matters, ensuring a smooth and efficient service experience for our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain hotel and company standards for all reservation administration procedures.
• Build and sustain close relationships with group leaders, coordinating and finalising all group reservation requirements.
• Stay up‑to‑date with current rates and promotions, actively promoting, upselling and cross‑selling.
• Apply the hotel credit policy correctly when processing group bookings.
• Contribute positively to sales activities and maximise sales opportunities.
• Anticipate client needs, clearly document credit and billing instructions, and support them throughout the process.
• Confirm all reservations and special requests within 24 hours.

Required profile

• Degree in hospitality or a related field.
• Previous experience in a hotel reservation department.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
• Computer literate with a preference for experience using the Opera PMS.
• Customer‑driven, proactive, charismatic and approachable.
• Professional, self‑motivated, structured and goal‑oriented.
