About the role

AlphaMind Group is looking for an experienced, guest‑focused Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the leadership team at CLAP Dubai. The role involves ensuring an exceptional dining experience that reflects the brand’s identity while driving operational excellence and commercial results in a high‑volume, high‑profile hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day operations of the restaurant, bar, and terrace, ensuring seamless service delivery across all spaces.
• Maintain the highest standards of guest experience in line with CLAP Dubai’s brand identity and AlphaMind’s operational standards.
• Monitor floor operations during service, proactively resolving any issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Ensure all opening and closing procedures are followed and the venue is maintained to the highest standards.
• Assist the Restaurant Manager in leading, motivating, and developing the front‑of‑house team.
• Conduct regular briefings, performance check‑ins, and on‑the‑floor coaching to sustain a culture of excellence.
