Assistant Retail Manager – Luxury Retail

About the role

The Assistant Retail Manager will support the store leader in driving revenue, maintaining brand standards, and delivering exceptional customer experiences within Bloomingdale's luxury environment.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales, monitor performance and identify commercial opportunities to exceed targets.
• Lead by example to cultivate a culture of excellent customer service and resolve complaints promptly.
• Minimise stock loss by enforcing ATG policies and procedures.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines.
• Monitor sales per square foot to maximise productivity.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activity, providing feedback to the company.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, health & safety standards and operational procedures.
• Prepare and analyse stock reports, support stock takes and coordinate with the Operations team.
• Plan and support sales promotions and brand activities.
• Build effective relationships with key business partners and communicate customer insights to marketing, buying and planning teams.

Required profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 3‑5 years of experience successfully running a profitable retail store.
