About the role
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to lead retail execution and visual merchandising across assigned categories and markets in Dubai.
Key responsibilities
- Lead retail execution and VMD activities from planning through final implementation.
- Manage new product launches, displays, POSM, planograms and store implementation.
- Coordinate end‑to‑end retail projects, timelines, vendors and installations.
- Ensure consistent product presentation across retailers and showrooms.
- Track project progress, budgets, launch plans and produce management reports.
Required profile
- Experience in retail execution, visual merchandising, trade marketing or retail project management.
- Strong exposure to consumer electronics or consumer durables retail brands.
- Hands‑on experience with POSM, POP, planograms and store displays.
- Excellent coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
Required skills
- Advanced Excel reporting.
- POSM and POP implementation.
- Planogram creation and management.
- Vendor management and project planning.
