Assistant Revenue Cycle Manager – Fertility Center

About the role

The Assistant Revenue Cycle Manager will support the full revenue cycle at the Corniche Fertility Center, ensuring efficient billing, collections, and compliance. Reporting to the Revenue Cycle Manager, the role combines staff supervision with data‑driven process improvement to maximize revenue and patient satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the revenue department, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
• Train and educate staff on revenue‑cycle policies, procedures and best practices.
• Analyze data to identify trends, cost‑effectiveness and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with registration, admissions and utilization review teams to ensure accurate documentation for claim processing.
• Maintain relationships with insurance carriers and stay updated on billing requirements.
• Supervise claim adjustments, denial resubmissions, bad‑debt provisions and contractual allowances.
• Manage collection activities for balances outside the standard cycle and monitor follow‑up on unpaid claims.
• Oversee billing accuracy, timely submission of claim packets, and reconciliation of bank deposits.
• Handle remittance processing, posting to the general ledger and support month‑end close activities.
• Participate in revenue‑cycle and denial‑management work teams while ensuring internal controls over A/R and cash.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of revenue‑cycle processes in a healthcare setting.
• Experience supervising staff and coordinating multi‑departmental workflows.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret financial data and drive improvements.
• Excellent communication skills for training, stakeholder engagement and negotiation with insurers.
• Attention to detail and commitment to compliance and accurate financial reporting.
