Assistant Sales Manager - Arabic

About the role

Assistant Sales Manager – Arabic will support the sales department in delivering a seamless experience for visitors to Miral’s leisure facilities. The role focuses on driving sales of park products and services in targeted markets, identifying new revenue opportunities and ensuring smooth operations from opening to closing of the facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate indoor and outdoor sales activities and conduct external client meetings.
• Generate and track sales opportunities using the CRM system and prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.
• Identify and onboard new business partners and manage a portfolio of active and prospect accounts.
• Resolve order, inventory, pricing and promotional discrepancies, coordinating with the Sales Manager.
• Organise roadshows, client entertainment events and support sales initiatives across the assigned market segment.
• Accurately forecast revenue streams and coordinate company resources to achieve sales targets.

Required profile

• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field.
• 2–3 years of experience in account management, negotiation and sales.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and numeracy skills.
• Valid full driving licence.
