About the role

Join the Hilton Hotels team in Dubai as an Assistant Sales Manager, where you will help create memorable guest experiences by driving group sales and building strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

Research, prospect, and qualify leads to generate new business and exceed sales targets.
Serve as the primary contact for assigned market segments, nurturing existing accounts and developing new ones.
Analyze hotel and market trends to create and execute targeted sales strategies and marketing initiatives.
Prepare proposals, conduct site visits, negotiate terms, and secure contracts while maximizing revenue.
Coordinate customer requirements for rooms, food & beverage, and meeting spaces, ensuring accurate entry in the sales management system.
