Assistant Sales Manager – Leisure & Luxury Consortia (Chinese speaker preferred)

About the role

The Assistant Sales Manager will drive business growth for the Leisure & Luxury Consortia segment, focusing on the Chinese market. Reporting to the Director of Sales, you will develop strategic accounts, acquire new partners, and ensure revenue targets are met while upholding the property's luxury positioning.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute a sales plan for China in line with revenue goals.
• Achieve targets for room nights, revenue, new accounts, and group business.
• Build and maintain relationships with tour operators, travel agencies, luxury advisors, corporate clients and wholesalers across China.
• Identify high‑potential accounts through calls, meetings, market research and networking.
• Negotiate rates, contracts and packages based on market conditions and profitability.
• Represent the property at trade shows, roadshows and industry events.
• Maintain accurate records of accounts, quotations, contracts and sales activities in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Fluency in Mandarin and strong English communication skills.
• Experience in hospitality sales or luxury travel sales, preferably with exposure to the Chinese market.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage key accounts.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
