Assistant Sales Manager – Tube & Pipe Plant Solutions

About the role

We are seeking an Assistant Sales Manager for Tube & Pipe Plant Solutions to join our client’s Dubai team. This technical, project‑driven position will manage the full project lifecycle from order receipt through commissioning and after‑sales support, acting as the primary liaison between customers, overseas principals and internal departments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project kick‑off meetings, define scope, layouts, delivery milestones and payment terms.
• Monitor engineering, manufacturing and dispatch progress, coordinating drawing approvals, inspections, shipments and site readiness.
• Track project risks, manage delays and implement recovery plans, including erection, commissioning and trial runs.
• Maintain professional communication with customers, resolve technical complaints, manage warranty claims and service call‑outs.
• Oversee the complete spare‑parts cycle: obtain quotations, prepare pricing, handle export/import documentation and international logistics.
• Convert overseas principals’ proposals into company format, qualify sales enquiries, visit industrial plants and support exhibitions.
• Prepare MIS, sales reports and project updates for internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• 4–5 years of relevant experience in sales management, project coordination or pipe‑plant solutions.
• Proven ability to manage technical projects from order to commissioning.
• Willingness to travel frequently across GCC, Africa, South America, Central Asia and Eastern Europe.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with international principals and internal teams.
