Assistant Server – Cafe Milano Restaurant

About the role

The Cafe Milano Restaurant Assistant Server supports the service team in delivering an exceptional dining experience at Four Seasons Abu Dhabi. This full‑time, onsite role involves assisting servers, maintaining a clean dining environment, and ensuring timely service of food and beverages.

Key responsibilities

• Assist servers in taking and delivering food and beverage orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining areas, and service stations.
• Refill water, bread, and other table necessities as required.
• Support proper setup and breakdown of dining areas.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
• Assist with special guest requests and provide prompt service.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role within a luxury brand.
• Outgoing personality with a can‑do attitude.
• Strong understanding of food & beverage operations.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and as part of a team.
• Proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
