About the role
Join the Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach as an Assistant Server, supporting the delivery of exceptional dining experiences across multiple outlets. You will work in a fast‑paced, luxury environment, ensuring guests receive attentive and polished service.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with serving food and beverages to guests.
- Set up and clear china, glassware, and silverware according to service standards.
- Attend to guest requests and needs promptly.
- Maintain a clean and orderly dining area by resetting tables efficiently.
- Collaborate with the service team to uphold the Four Seasons’ high hospitality standards.
Required profile
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently in a demanding, fast‑paced environment.
- Previous experience in a similar role within a 5‑star luxury hotel or restaurant.
