Assistant Store Manager - Fashion Retail

About the role

On behalf of Zimmermann, Chalhoub Group is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to lead the first new flagship store in Dubai. Zimmermann is an Australian fashion designer brand selling ready-to-wear, swim and resort collections through its own boutiques and high-end retailers, with stores in Australia, Europe, the UK, the USA and China and an online business.

Key responsibilities

• Drive and maximise sales while providing excellent client service and delivering an elevated, memorable brand experience.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team, build morale and a positive workplace attitude, and act as a role model.
• Manage day-to-day stock, operations, CRM and visual presentation.
• Execute the "Shopping Experience" training program and ensure all team members meet sales and brand KPIs.
• Analyse store sales, build client relations and grow a returning client base in line with local legislation.
• Prepare, manage and run Visual Merchandising launches together with the Assistant Manager.

Required profile

• Previous management experience in fashion (essential).
• Proven ability to inspire, engage and develop team members to exceed KPI results.
• Impressive client service skills and attention to detail.
