Assistant Vice President – Business Development Manager

About the role

We are expanding our Dubai representative office and are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager at Assistant Vice President level. The role will support the UK sales pipeline by building local connections, generating new ultra‑high‑net‑worth client opportunities, and collaborating with Relationship Managers in London.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a qualified pipeline of ultra‑high‑net‑worth clients and family offices across the Middle East, with a focus on Dubai.
• Identify and nurture new customer and business relationships for WealthFusion’s external asset manager (EAM) model.
• Act as an employee of the representative office, not as an investment adviser, arranger or dealer.
• Collaborate with colleagues across different time zones and share opportunities with the London sales team.
• Participate in a six‑month London‑based induction program and attend semi‑annual visits to London or Zurich.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development or sales within a wealth‑management, family‑office or financial‑services environment.
• Background operating in a representative office or similar regulatory framework.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills, able to work across time zones.
• Enthusiastic, self‑motivated and capable of delivering high‑quality client service.
