Assistant Vice President – Events

About the role

The Assistant Vice President – Events will design and execute comprehensive event and promotional strategies to support the launch of Aldar Development’s new projects. This senior role bridges marketing tactics with on‑ground events to drive demand, reinforce brand positioning and achieve business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop short‑ and long‑term event plans that build value‑based customer relationships and support project launches.
• Manage the full event lifecycle, including concept, design, budgeting, execution and success measurement.
• Coordinate with communications, PR and digital teams to promote events across multiple channels.
• Prepare and monitor event budgets, forecast expenses and ensure costs stay within approved limits.
• Implement post‑event evaluation tools such as surveys to assess performance and customer experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of progressive marketing and events experience, preferably within real estate.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics or Finance; MBA preferred.
• Proven leadership ability to guide cross‑functional teams without formal authority.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the capacity to influence stakeholders.
• Demonstrated success launching complex real‑estate products and managing large‑scale events.
