About the role

ADNOC Schools is seeking an Assistant Vice Principal (Pastoral) for its Elementary Campus at Sas Al Nakhl, Abu Dhabi. The role involves strategic leadership, fostering a supportive community ethos, and ensuring outstanding educational outcomes across the school.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of the school’s vision and strategic direction.
• Lead designated areas to improve student knowledge, skills, and progress.
• Promote a positive learning environment and high standards of behaviour and achievement.
• Build effective partnerships with parents and the wider community to enhance student achievement.
• Model integrity, respect, and professional conduct in all leadership activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in education or equivalent teaching qualification (PGCE or similar).
• Minimum 6 years of educational experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English is advantageous.
• Demonstrated experience managing College Board programming.
