Assistant Yard Supervisor

About the role

Boskalis' yard in Ras Al Khaimah supports regional and international projects by storing, maintaining, and mobilising equipment and materials. As an Assistant Yard Supervisor you will help ensure safe, efficient yard operations with a focus on lifting, logistics, and workshop activities.

Key responsibilities

• Support and coordinate daily yard activities to maintain safety and efficiency.
• Assist in planning lifting, crane, and equipment movements.
• Help organise logistics, material handling and workshop repair tasks.
• Promote compliance with company safety procedures and operational standards.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders, operators and workshop teams.

Required profile

• Strong safety mindset with experience in lifting operations.
• Familiarity with logistics, crane operations and equipment handling.
• Good spoken and written English communication skills.
• Hands‑on, flexible and team‑oriented attitude.
• Preferably a valid UAE light‑vehicle driving licence.
