About the role

Key responsibilities

• Deliver undergraduate and graduate courses covering Corporate Finance, Investment and Portfolio Management, Financial Markets, Banking, Digital Banking, FinTech Innovation, Financial Analytics, AI, Risk Management, Financial Modeling, Blockchain, Digital Assets, Sustainable Finance, ESG, and Islamic Finance.
• Conduct and publish high‑quality research in finance and FinTech, contributing to the university’s academic reputation.
• Participate in university and community service activities, including curriculum development and academic committees.

Required profile

• Earned doctorate in Finance or a closely related field from an accredited university.
• Established record of scholarly research appropriate for the assistant/associate professor rank.
• Demonstrated successful university teaching experience in the relevant specializations.
• Evidence of university or community service.

Required skills

• Expertise in corporate finance, investment management, and financial markets.
• Strong knowledge of financial technology, blockchain, digital assets, and emerging financial innovations.
• Proficiency in financial analytics, artificial intelligence applications, risk management, and financial modeling.
• Understanding of sustainable finance, ESG criteria, and Islamic finance principles.
