Assistant/Associate Professor – Marketing Analytics & AI

About the role

Canadian University Dubai is seeking exceptional faculty at the rank of Assistant Professor or Associate Professor in Marketing Analytics & Artificial Intelligence to join the School of Management for the Spring Semester 2026‑2027. The successful candidate will contribute to high‑quality teaching, impactful research, curriculum development and broader academic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in marketing analytics, AI, machine learning and related areas, ensuring engaging delivery and up‑to‑date content.
• Supervise independent studies, student projects, internships, graduation projects and postgraduate research.
• Develop and evaluate curriculum, contribute to course design and continuous program improvement.
• Maintain an active research agenda, publish in reputable peer‑reviewed journals and engage with industry partners.
• Participate in academic governance, accreditation processes (including AACSB) and departmental meetings.
• Provide academic advising, hold office hours and support student learning.

Required profile

• PhD in Marketing, Marketing Analytics or a closely related discipline from a university ranked within the top 500 in the QS World University Rankings.
• Demonstrated record of teaching effectiveness at the university level and evidence of curriculum development.
• Strong research productivity with publications in Scopus‑indexed journals appropriate to the academic rank.
• Experience supervising graduate research and familiarity with AACSB accreditation processes is advantageous.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Python and/or R for data analysis and modelling.
• Experience with data‑visualisation and business‑intelligence tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
• Advanced analytical techniques including text mining, image analytics, topic modelling, clustering, social‑network analysis and machine learning.
• Statistical modelling, predictive modelling and quantitative experimental methods.
