Assistant/Associate Professor – Marketing Technology & Customer Analytics

About the role

Canadian University Dubai is seeking exceptional faculty at the ranks of Assistant Professor and Associate Professor in Marketing Technology & Customer Analytics to join the School of Management starting Spring Semester 2026–2027. The role involves high‑quality teaching, impactful research, curriculum development and broader academic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in marketing technology and customer analytics.
• Develop and update curriculum, supervise student projects and postgraduate research.
• Conduct high‑quality research and publish in peer‑reviewed journals.
• Participate in academic governance, accreditation activities and industry collaborations.

Required profile

• PhD in Marketing or a closely related discipline from a QS‑ranked top‑500 university.
• Demonstrated record of teaching effectiveness and research productivity in marketing technology, CRM or related fields.
• Relevant university‑level teaching experience appropriate to the rank applied for.
• Evidence of publications in Scopus‑indexed journals.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Python and/or R for data analysis.
• Experience with data‑visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Knowledge of advanced analytical techniques: text mining, image analytics, topic modelling, clustering, social‑network analysis, machine learning.
• Familiarity with marketing technology platforms and e‑commerce analytics.
