Required profile

• Doctoral or equivalent qualification from an accredited institution.
• Significant scholarly accomplishments with key research publications.
• At least eight years of full‑time teaching and research experience for Associate Professor candidates.
• Demonstrated excellent teaching ability and active engagement with students.
• Strong communication, presentation and computer skills (Microsoft Office).
• Willingness to obtain a teaching qualification under the UK HEA Fellowship Scheme.
• Commitment to publishing in Scopus‑indexed journals and participation in research networks.
• Evidence of being a good university citizen.
