Associate Accountant – Builders Program (Emirati National)

About the role

We are looking for an Associate Accountant to join our Finance team as part of the Builders Program. You will support month‑end closing, prepare accurate financial reports and help maintain internal controls that underpin Tamara’s financial engine.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the finance team during month‑end closing activities.
• Prepare timely and accurate financial reports as required.
• Support ad‑hoc tasks such as audit preparation.
• Handle day‑to‑day financial operations of the company.
• Implement and maintain internal financial controls and procedures.
• Ensure data accuracy within the accounting system.
• Provide general assistance to the finance team on daily tasks.

Required profile

• Completed or ongoing degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Internship or co‑op experience with month‑end closing, financial reporting or daily finance operations.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proactive, dependable and able to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Familiarity with accounting software such as Oracle (preferred).
