Associate Asset Management – Residential & Commercial

About the role

The Associate Asset Management professional will support the performance of residential and commercial assets through rigorous analysis, reporting and execution assistance. The role focuses on monitoring key financial and operational metrics, leveraging AI and advanced analytics to drive value‑creation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor asset performance indicators such as NOI, occupancy, rental growth and operational KPIs.
• Prepare performance reports, dashboards and variance analyses for management decision‑making.
• Track leasing activity, renewals, expiries, pricing trends and conduct market benchmarking.
• Support asset enhancement, repositioning and commercialization projects, including CAPEX tracking and financial analysis.
• Coordinate with property managers, external operators and JV partners to ensure service level compliance.
• Provide AI‑driven analytics, forecasting and market intelligence to inform strategic recommendations.

Required profile

• Minimum of 24 months (2 years) experience in asset management, real‑estate analysis or a related field.
