Associate – Asset Management (Residential/Commercial)

About the role

Support residential and commercial asset performance through analysis, reporting and execution support. Monitor NOI, occupancy, leasing and asset performance against approved targets while leveraging AI, analytics and market insights to strengthen decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor asset performance metrics such as NOI, occupancy, rental growth and operational KPIs.
• Prepare performance reports, dashboards and variance analyses for management decisions.
• Track leasing activity, renewals, expiries, pricing trends and conduct market benchmarking.
• Support asset‑enhancement, repositioning and value‑creation initiatives, including CAPEX tracking and financial analysis.
• Coordinate with property/facility managers, external operators and JV partners to ensure service KPIs are met.
• Use AI and advanced analytics to enhance forecasting, market intelligence and asset‑level insights.

Required profile

• Minimum 2+ years experience in real estate, property management, investment banking or a related analytical role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics, Real Estate or a related field; MBA or CFA progress is a plus.
