About the role

Parsons is seeking a motivated Associate Civil Engineer – Structures to join its Dubai team. This entry‑level position is open to UAE nationals and offers the chance to work on diverse structural projects while developing technical expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Design structural elements under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Coordinate with draftsmen to develop detailed construction drawings.
• Review and verify drawings produced by the drafting team.
• Stay familiar with international codes and standards applicable to structural design.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience; fresh UAE graduates are also encouraged to apply.
• UAE national status.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with structural analysis software such as CSi Bridge, Midas Civil, SAP 2000.
• Competence in AutoCAD for drafting and detailing.
