Associate Client Services – Arabic Speaker (2027 Start)

About the role

Third Bridge is a global research firm that connects investors and business leaders with expert insights. The Associate Client Services role is a fast‑paced, commercial position based in Dubai, designed for Arabic‑speaking graduates who want to launch a career in sales and client engagement. You will work directly with clients and industry experts to deliver timely insights.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, call and engage industry experts to secure their time for client interviews, often under tight deadlines.
• Own projects end‑to‑end, translating client needs into scheduled expert calls.
• Cold‑call and persuade specialists across sectors, overcoming objections and winning buy‑in.
• Manage multiple client projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality.
• Rapidly acquire knowledge of markets, business models and regulations.
• Cross‑sell Third Bridge services such as the content library, surveys, advisory and one‑to‑one calls.

Required profile

• Fluent in Arabic and English, with strong verbal communication skills.
• University degree with solid academic record and relevant experience.
• Competitive, target‑driven mindset and resilience to exceed goals.
• Curious, quick learner who enjoys solving complex problems.
• Leadership or extracurricular experience demonstrating grit and ambition.
