Associate Cluster Revenue Manager – French Speaking

About the role

Radisson Hotel Group is seeking an Associate Cluster Revenue Manager who is fluent in French to join its Revenue Management team in Dubai. You will help turn data into actionable strategies that maximise profitability across the cluster.

Key responsibilities

• Support the revenue management department by handling reservations, meetings and events enquiries.
• Develop and implement revenue strategies, monitor key metrics and provide performance recommendations.
• Manage departmental budget, control costs and inventory, and ensure productivity targets are met.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders and ensure compliance with legislation and audit requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in revenue management with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent managerial skills with a hands‑on, lead‑by‑example approach.

• Ability to propose creative solutions and provide sound recommendations.
