Associate – Commercial (International Database Management)

About the role

The Associate – Commercial supports the International Merchandising function by managing the international database and coordinating activities across sourcing and other business units. The role ensures accurate data flow, vendor relationships, and administrative support for the team.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct research using multiple data sources to support the sourcing function.
• Collect, develop, and record information in the relevant information system.
• Manage relationships with local and international vendors.
• Provide accurate stock availability records to relevant teams.
• Assist content teams to ensure product information meets sales development requirements.
• Retrieve and maintain corporate documents, records, and reports on the international database system.
• Perform general office duties, including ordering supplies, basic bookkeeping, and handling incoming correspondence.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
• 0‑2 years of experience in a similar commercial or merchandising role.
• Effective communication with internal stakeholders.
• Timely and high‑quality execution of administrative activities.
• Support for research activities and data collection.
• Experience in analyzing data to inform decisions.
