Associate Completions Specialist – Fabrication

About the role

The Associate Completions Specialist supports and coordinates completion activities within the fabrication discipline. Working under guidance, the role applies established procedures to ensure safe and efficient mechanical completion of projects.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review completion task sheets, schedules, and material requisitions.
• Coordinate with fabrication coordinators, engineers, supervisors, and HSE officers on schedules, risk assessments, and cost impacts.
• Supervise mechanical completion activities and assist discipline engineers as needed.
• Develop execution plans, procedures, and budget estimates for completion tasks.
• Support the mechanical completion management system and contribute to engineering policy improvements.

Required profile

• Minor degree in engineering or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a relevant completions or fabrication role.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and compliance with company conduct codes.
• Understanding of the full scope of completions work, contract types, and milestone schedules.
• Willingness to follow QHSES plans and procedures.
