Associate Creative Director

About the role

The Associate Creative Director will support the Creative Director in shaping and executing the organisation's creative vision across branding, advertising, digital, and social channels. This senior role collaborates with Marketing, Brand, Content, Design and Business teams to deliver high‑impact creative solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and lead innovative creative concepts, campaigns and brand experiences aligned with business objectives.
• Provide creative direction and approve designs, copy, visual assets and campaign materials to ensure quality and brand consistency.
• Mentor and manage creative professionals, oversee multiple projects, budgets and timelines.
• Present concepts and strategies to senior management and stakeholders, and evaluate performance for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven senior creative experience (Associate Creative Director, Creative Director, Art Director or similar) with a strong portfolio.
• Excellent conceptual, visual storytelling and problem‑solving skills, combined with commercial awareness.
• Strong leadership, presentation and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred, though exceptional portfolio may substitute.
