Associate Creative Director – Luxury Interior Design

About the role

We are partnering with a reputable interior design firm to recruit an Associate Creative Director based in Dubai. The role supports the Creative Director in shaping the creative vision for luxury residential projects and ensures high‑quality design delivery for VIP clients.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Creative Director in maintaining overall creative vision and design standards.
• Review and approve design concepts and project deliverables, providing direction and feedback.
• Oversee design quality across luxury residential projects, especially for VIP clients.
• Balance regional influences with European and UK design aesthetics.
• Provide creative guidance to the design team to ensure consistent, high‑quality output.
• Support innovation and continuous improvement in design and FF&E.
• Escalate key creative or project risks to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture or a related discipline.
• Strong experience with luxury residential projects and VIP clients.
• Understanding of Arabic and European design styles.
• Strong creative judgement with the ability to review, challenge and develop concepts.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Availability for face‑to‑face interviews in Dubai.
