About the role

AESG, an award‑winning specialist consultancy and engineering advisory firm, is expanding its Cost Management division in Dubai. The Associate Director will lead large, complex projects, drive efficiency, and nurture client relationships to secure repeat business.

Key responsibilities

Lead and deliver large, complex client engagements and projects across the Cost Management division.
Delegate duties, streamline day‑to‑day activities, and ensure projects meet objectives and timelines.
Independently manage complex projects, resolve issues, and maintain high client satisfaction.
Support the commercial success and stability of the division by developing procedures and improving efficiency.
Drive business development within the sector, maintaining a client‑facing role to generate future work.

Required profile

BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying, Contracts, or a related field.
Minimum 10 + years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in a senior management role leading subject‑matter experts.
MRICS or equivalent professional qualification.
