Associate Director, Cross Border (Global)

About the role

We are looking for an Associate Director, Cross Border (Global) to lead noon’s international logistics network, driving growth, efficiency and market expansion across multiple lanes.

Key responsibilities

• Formulate and execute the long‑term strategic roadmap for the global cross‑border logistics network.
• Oversee end‑to‑end operations from origin countries such as China, India, Turkey to the UAE and KSA.
• Define, monitor and improve macro‑level KPIs including TAT, FIFO and connection times.
• Lead strategic partnerships and commercial negotiations with 3PL providers, carriers, customs brokers and authorities.
• Optimize asset utilization, route‑planning and fleet capacity to support scaling.
• Supervise, mentor and scale high‑performing operations teams.
• Drive technology‑enabled process improvements and new SOPs in collaboration with product teams.
• Own lane‑level and network‑level financial performance, cost‑control and vendor billing.
• Institutionalize compliance frameworks for multi‑country regulatory and customs requirements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional executives to resolve operational challenges.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in operations management, supply chain logistics or engineering; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 12 years of experience, including at least 5 years in senior leadership of large‑scale e‑commerce or international supply‑chain logistics.
• Deep expertise in global freight forwarding, customs clearance and 3PL ecosystems.
• Advanced data analysis, financial modeling and strategic reporting capabilities.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive‑level communication skills.
