Associate Director Facilities – UAE National – Entertainment

About the role

Lead the Facilities Management function for a large‑scale, high‑footfall entertainment destination in Dubai. You will shape FM strategy, drive digital transformation and ensure sustainable, high‑quality service delivery across all asset areas.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Facilities Management strategy aligned with the five‑year business plan.
• Prepare annual operational plans, budgets and resource forecasts, keeping spend within approved limits.
• Oversee delivery and maintenance of MEP systems, utilities, emergency generators, lighting, fire & life‑safety systems, landscaping and other critical infrastructure.
• Manage FM and cleaning services to meet SLA standards and guest expectations.
• Lead procurement, contract negotiation and performance evaluation of outsourced contractors and suppliers.
• Drive cost optimisation while maintaining asset reliability and service quality.
• Conduct technical feasibility reviews, FM audits and risk mitigation actions.
• Ensure compliance with QHSE policies, statutory regulations and industry best practices.
• Champion digital transformation initiatives to improve asset performance and operational efficiency.
• Lead sustainability programmes covering energy efficiency, waste management and resource optimisation.
• Monitor feedback from guests, tenants and partners and implement continuous improvement actions.
• Develop, lead and allocate resources for the FM team.

Required profile

• UAE National with extensive experience in facilities management for large‑scale commercial or entertainment assets.
• Proven track record in strategic planning, budgeting and leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to work with internal and external parties.
