About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Associate Director – Food & Beverage at Jumeirah Beach Hotel, a flagship luxury resort in Dubai. The role leads the food and beverage department, driving revenue growth while ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily food and beverage operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth and enhance the overall dining experience.
• Manage budgets, analyze financial performance, and implement cost‑control measures to optimize profitability.
• Collaborate with culinary teams to create innovative menus that reflect current trends and meet customer preferences.
• Ensure adherence to food safety standards, hygiene regulations, and quality control procedures.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to food and beverage teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Monitor guest feedback, address concerns promptly, and implement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Required profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in food & beverage operations within a luxury hospitality environment.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high‑performing teams while fostering a culture of service excellence.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, revenue generation, and cost control.
• Excellent communication, guest engagement, and relationship‑management skills.
