Associate Director of Global IT & Security

About the role

The Associate Director of Global IT & Security will translate Huda Beauty’s global IT strategy into operational reality, overseeing infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud, and workplace technology across all regions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the global Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Defender) for Windows and macOS environments.
• Ensure highly available, secure, and scalable technology services worldwide.
• Lead enterprise storage, NAS, and cloud storage architectures supporting large‑scale media workflows.
• Own the Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery strategy and its execution.
• Define and maintain enterprise infrastructure, cloud, security, and workplace technology standards.
• Execute the global cybersecurity strategy, including vulnerability management, threat detection, incident response, and data governance.
• Drive automation across IT operations, security, provisioning, monitoring, and support.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the IT Infrastructure and Security team.
• Manage relationships with MSPs and technology vendors to ensure service level delivery.

Required profile

• 7+ years progressive IT experience, with at least 3 years in senior management or technical leadership.
• Proven experience managing global infrastructure and security environments.
• Strong track record of transformation, automation, and cost optimisation.
• Commitment to high user satisfaction and data‑driven service improvement.
