Associate Director of Talent Acquisition

About the role

We are seeking an Associate Director of Talent Acquisition to lead and expand the recruitment function for a fast‑growing data‑centre start‑up in Dubai. Reporting to senior leadership, you will shape global talent strategies, engage senior‑level candidates and ensure the organisation attracts the best construction, engineering and real‑estate talent.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global talent acquisition strategy aligned with business growth.
• Source, assess and manage senior and C‑suite candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Recruit across multiple verticals, including construction, engineering and real‑estate projects.
• Negotiate compensation packages to secure top talent.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience from offer acceptance to onboarding.
• Oversee seamless onboarding and integration of new hires.

Required profile

• 5‑10 years of recruitment experience in construction, engineering or real‑estate sectors.
• Proven track record of senior‑level hiring and market expertise.
• Experience managing and leading a recruitment team.
