Associate Director – Regulatory & Risk Advisory, Corporate Treasury

About the role

As part of the Middle East capability, the Regulatory and Risk Advisory (RRA) team delivers a broad range of treasury advisory services to corporate clients. The Associate Director will lead strategy, shape client transformation agendas and ensure successful delivery of large‑scale programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Drive growth and strategic development of the corporate treasury practice, including capability building and revenue expansion.
• Act as a strategic advisor to CFOs and Group Treasurers, influencing investment decisions and shaping enterprise‑wide treasury transformation agendas.
• Lead go‑to‑market initiatives, develop market propositions and contribute to thought leadership.
• Own revenue generation activities such as pursuits, proposal shaping and conversion of opportunities into engagements.
• Anticipate emerging regulatory and market trends and translate them into differentiated client solutions.
• Lead and oversee complex client engagements, ensuring high‑quality delivery, risk management and alignment with business outcomes.

Required profile

• Deep understanding of corporate treasury concepts including In‑House Banks, payment factories, cash pooling, liquidity forecasting and FX processes.
• Proven track record leading treasury transformation projects such as TOM design, cash management, payment factory implementation or TMS rollout.
• Strong technical knowledge of treasury systems and experience in selection and implementation (e.g., Kyriba, FIS, SAP HANA, GTreasury, ION).
• Experience in financial modeling, financial risk management and treasury product pricing.
• Demonstrated resilience, leadership and ability to deliver in high‑pressure environments.
• Commercial acumen with experience in business development, RFP responses and client relationship management.
