Associate Engineer – Civil

About the role

The Associate Engineer, Civil will support the study, design and specification of a wide range of transportation and civil infrastructure projects. Working under direct supervision, the role involves applying standard engineering techniques to deliver cost‑effective solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct design and specification work for transportation systems such as roads, rail, airports and seaports, as well as bridges, drainage and underground utilities.
• Perform hydrology, hydraulics, water‑treatment, wastewater‑treatment and water‑resources analyses for raw water supply and distribution.
• Evaluate and apply standard engineering procedures, making minor adaptations as required.
• Assist in the design of larger, more complex assignments involving plans, investigations and surveys.

Required profile

• Under direct supervision.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (civil or related discipline).
