About the role
The Associate Facade role is part of the engineering team within Inhabit’s global structure, contributing to the growth of façade engineering and design capabilities. The position involves responsibility for design, engineering, documentation, administration and compliance across façade projects, and may lead a team of up to five direct reports.
Key responsibilities
- Contribute to regional strategic planning, business development and marketing initiatives for façade services.
- Assist in financial management, budgeting, invoicing and monitoring project profitability.
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team, ensuring quality standards, health & safety compliance and professional development.
- Manage client relationships, communicate project needs, and drive repeat business through high‑quality service.
- Oversee project delivery, allocate resources, negotiate contracts and mitigate risks to ensure timely, profitable completion.
