Associate Finance – UAE Nationals (Fresh Graduates Welcome)

About the role

The Associate – Finance will support day‑to‑day finance operations, handling General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and bank statement reconciliations. The role ensures accurate transaction processing, timely payments and receipts, and reliable financial records in line with company policies and controls.

Key responsibilities

• Upload invoices for selected customers via customer portals.
• Allocate customer payments and reconcile accounts promptly.
• Monitor customer balances and follow up on overdue receivables with stakeholders.
• Generate Delivery Acceptance Certificates in the ERP system, obtain approvals and track completion.
• Collect and maintain supporting documents for Bank Payment Journals and store them on the shared drive.
• Update performance review files for Capex and Opex based on purchase orders and voucher transactions.
• Assist with month‑end closing activities according to the finance close timetable.
• Prepare financial schedules and ensure documentation is audit‑ready.
• Adhere to internal controls, accounting policies, finance procedures and compliance requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an accounting or finance role, preferably with Big Four exposure.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
