About the role
Oliver Wyman is seeking an Associate to join its Government and Public Institutions practice in Dubai. You will work on strategic projects for public‑sector clients, helping them shape policies, improve governance and drive economic development.
Key responsibilities
- Break down complex problems into manageable tasks and guide junior consultants.
- Plan, execute and synthesize analyses to identify core issues and develop actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate directly with client senior leaders and project team members to advance project work.
- Manage small project teams to ensure timely delivery of high‑quality outputs.
