Associate HR – Benefits & Compensation Analyst

About the role

The Associate HR will support the design, administration and analysis of employee benefits and compensation programs. You will work closely with HR and finance teams to ensure programs align with organizational goals and market standards.

Key responsibilities

• Support design and administration of employee benefits programs.
• Conduct benefits utilization analysis, cost tracking and trend reporting.
• Assist in creating and implementing employee incentive and reward programs.
• Participate in annual benefits reviews, renewals and market benchmarking.
• Collect, analyze and interpret HR and compensation data to provide insights.
• Conduct salary and benefits surveys and present findings.
• Prepare presentations, reports and communication materials for management.
• Maintain policies, procedures and documentation related to compensation and benefits.
• Respond to employee and manager inquiries about benefits.
• Support HRIS data accuracy and assist with internal/external audits.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor regulations and best practices.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and HSE initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics or related field.
• 0–1 year of experience in HR, Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations, Finance or Data Analytics.
• Strong analytical, numerical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication, planning and organizational skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems.
