Associate Manager – Business Partner (UAE Nationals Only)

About the role

We are seeking an Associate Manager – Business Partner to support Human Capital strategies within Emirates Global Aluminium. The role works closely with functional leaders to ensure alignment between HR policies and business needs, acting as the primary HR partner for non‑supervisory staff.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures and controls in line with legislative requirements.
• Communicate new HR policies and act as a change agent across the assigned function.
• Support area managers on HR‑related queries, budgeting, workforce planning and cost‑saving initiatives.
• Prepare and monitor departmental budgets, analyse workforce costs, overtime and related expenses.
• Provide day‑to‑day HR support including performance management, coaching, grievance handling and career development.
• Develop and maintain promotion and competency guidelines, ensuring fair and transparent processes.
• Advise on restructures, succession planning and workforce planning in collaboration with line management.

Required profile

• UAE national with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Proven experience in HR business partnering within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of HR policies, budgeting and workforce planning.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
