Associate Manager – Governance Reconciliation

About the role

The Associate Manager – Governance Reconciliation will support retail client onboarding, mortgage and personal lending operations, ensuring compliance, risk management and high‑quality client outcomes in the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Manage mortgage liaison activities, including property registration with government offices and regulatory authorities.
• Prepare, verify and coordinate documentation for property registration and mortgage settlements.
• Track collateral documents, maintain custodianship, and update security documentation in the eSDS system.
• Produce MIS reports, security documentation trackers and Title Deed reports for operational oversight.
• Conduct periodic process reviews and provide feedback to strengthen controls.
• Engage with high‑net‑worth and sensitive clients, ensuring professional communication and compliance.

Required profile

• Fresh graduates or candidates with limited experience showing strong aptitude and enthusiasm to learn.
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail and effective communication skills.
• Customer‑focused, collaborative team player with interest in banking, lending or mortgage operations.

Required skills

• Strong problem‑solving and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work under regulatory and procedural guidelines.
