Associate NOC Coordinator (UAE National)

About the role

Parsons is seeking an Associate NOC Coordinator to support RTA projects within the Design team at the Dubai office. The role involves liaising with government agencies to obtain No Objection Certificates and ensuring timely approvals for project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with relevant government agencies, authorities, and the client team to secure necessary approvals and No Objection Certificates (NOCs).
• Attend project kick‑off and coordination meetings, providing support to the design team throughout the NOC process.
• Monitor the progress of drawings and documentation related to NOC submissions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Support the project team in obtaining all required approvals in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with internal and external clients and liaise with government entities and service authorities across the UAE to address technical queries and resolve issues.
• Track the status of utilities NOCs and ensure completion within required timeframes.
• Review project schedules to identify potential delays related to NOC progress and recommend corrective actions.
• Participate in design coordination meetings and contribute to process improvements where necessary.
• Collect and consolidate information from agencies, consultants, and contractors to prepare accurate weekly and monthly reports and design documentation for management and clients.
• Attend project meetings, provide updates on NOC progress, and follow up on outstanding tasks.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, and/or Electrical Engineering from a reputable university.
• Fresh graduate or candidates with 1‑2 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a car for frequent travel to government offices and service authorities.
