Associate Operations Training & Onboarding

About the role

As an Associate Operations Training & Onboarding, you will support the delivery and execution of onboarding and training programs for riders, pickers, and operational teams at instashop. You will work closely with other teams to ensure new and existing team members receive the required training, complete mandatory requirements, and are ready to perform effectively in their roles.

Key responsibilities

• Support the execution of onboarding programs for riders, pickers, and operational teams, ensuring timely completion of all mandatory training and deployment requirements.
• Deliver onboarding, refresher, and operational training sessions as per approved training plans, SOPs, and business requirements.
• Maintain training materials, attendance records, assessments, and certification data, ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation.
• Monitor trainee performance, identify knowledge or skill gaps, and support targeted coaching or retraining initiatives.
• Track training completion and post‑training performance, providing regular updates and insights to specialist and operations teams.
• Support training improvement initiatives and operational projects, including employee engagement activities, feedback collection, and process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience, with at least 1 year in training, L&D or related operational functions.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Experience with e‑learning platforms.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
